I need to be able to allow certain users cittrix access internally only. SOme know the secure gateway login access, and unfortunately management are upset that these users have been slacking off and "working from home instead"... which in my opinion negates the whole point if citrix in the first palce..

however i need to be able to block the secure gateway from allowing access for individual named users.

Is this possible?

HOpe you can help!

Wat version of citrix and window are you using ? are you using secure gateway ?

Presentation server 4.0, windows 2003 Standard, Citrix Secure Gateway 3.0, Web Interface 4.0.

:)

You are right. If a company have Citrix and doesn't want employee to access from outside, what's the point of having Citrix ! Can publish a policy of taking action to user who use it (with log from CSG as proof) followed by management's support.
Another way if to allow ONLY the IP address of your client at the firewall BUT this will contradict as Citrix is supposed to be access from anywhere, any device ! Sorry, I looked at our system and try to find solution but can't find till now.
