blocking problems

Hi!
I've instaled a web server in Linux Red Hat 9 and i use as proxy server Squid 2.5.
I want to block some web pages but something is going wrong..
I'm able to creat the acl name like "acl name url-regex [-i] Then i have like "http_access deny name".
This doesn't block anything.
anyone have an idea where the problem come from?
