We have a site running IP Office 500 R11.0 and they have about 80 users making outbound marketing calls. Whenever they call a prospective customer who requests not to be called again in the future, they block that person number in User Rights ... creating a short code......put the outgoing number and then make it as Barred.
The challenge with this method is that they have more than 90 numbers for blocking per day.
Is there any better way to achieve this blocking and is there a limit on how many "Barred" Short Codes we can create on one IPO?
