How do I block an extension from receiving outside calls? I would also appreciate any information about blocking extensions from receiving calls from other extensions. My company uses a G3SI. I use both the terminal and definity software. Please give me some guidance. Thank you.

Blocking Outside Calls HELP!!!

This may be accomplished using COR restrictions on the trunks and stations forms. Terminating restriction on the COR form would prevent a caller from calling a station. You may also create a cor to cor restriction which could do a like function. There are ALWAYS several ways to do restrictions on a Definity. The Avaya support has several tips on how to do so.
