Haven't had to do this yet...
I have a customer who wants their accountant to be able to block his caller ID. Read the manual and came up with F819 (name and number blocking).
Is there any programming that has to be done for PRI or does this feature work by default?(too easy) B-)

*-Telco is a DMS-100

No as far as I can tell PRI will work by default, test it out though. JerryReeve

I believe that even on PRI you need to program in the same Call Blocking sequence that is used by the telco for analog lines eg: *67. This is programmed in System Programming,Telco Features. Press Show for VMsg ctr tel#s, and Next until ONN Blocking:. At Tone:None change to the code used. And I thing that the OLI field for the station has to be entered as well. This programming works on PRI out of DMS switches here in Canada.

All you have to do is delete what's in the "OLI #" field, then the caller id info will not show up ever. It wasn't clear if you want him to be able to do this when he wnts to or all the time.

definition of 'blind faith':
I just got our CSR to call up the customer and give them the feature code.(instead of driving to site)

If they call back saying that it doesn't work I'll post it.
(then I'll grab my keys and head out)
