Blocking Incoming numbers

Can someone tell me how this would be done with an ip office system

Create an incomning route with the incoming DID number. Enter in the caller ID number of the number you want blocked. Route the call to a short code with feature busy.

You could route it to VM and disconnect or to a wav file with a nasty message.

The problem is that the number we may want blocked we want it blocked from getting to all of our 200+ DIDs

then unfortunatly you need to add it for all 200 ddi's
