Blocking Incoming Calls on IP phone

Hi all.
Is it possible to block incoming calls to an IP phone on MCD instead of a DND on the phone?
This is for a boardroom phone which must only call out and not receive incoming calls just in-case it may ring during a meeting.
We don't want users to be able to undo the setting.

You could set a reroute always on the phone to voicemail or similar.

+1 on the voicemail reroute always. make the VM a message only box and say something like " we are sorry this extension does not recieve incoming calls" and give them the option to dial the operator if they are confused.

you can use interconnects
put this phone into a different interconnect

allos that to connect to all others but restrict all others from it

Interconnects is probably a better idea.

You do not say if this need to be switchable.

Everyone above me assumes you NEVER EXER want an inbound call to the phone, even when a meeting is not taking place.

Incoming call will never be required.
I will go with interconnect.

Understand this will block transferred calls as well.

Otherwise, I agree that Interconnect is the way to go (or tenanting)

If it's only call out you can set it make busy and change the cos so the user can't turn it on/off
