Is there a way to block certain phone numbers from hitting our PBX (TDE600)?
I thought certain Caller IDs can be redirected in the DID table. But can they be set to just busy out or just disconnect?

Thanks!
Tom in Scranton, PA USA

They can if you use cli routing to a group with no members if you have isdn or sip If you have analogue lines it will still sound like it is ringing

If they're nusiance calls don't block them, route them to fax machines.

Thanks! I like the "route to fax" option!

I used the CLI routing and sent the calls from that number to a dead extension... for now.
