Is it possible to create a new tone plan that blocks CID information from going out on a 3300 over a PRI?

PRI hardware type? (NSU or Embedded)
PRI protocol (NI-1 or NI-2 and varients)?
3300 Software revision?
Block all calls or Call-By-Call?

Call-by-call

In the Outgoing Call Characteristics there are 3 forms that can be set to call by call

Bearer Capablilities -
Network Specific Facilities -
Calling Line ID Restriction -

For your purpose you only need to change the last one. If any of these are set to Call-by-call they require a digit to be input via the Modified Digits form.

With all 3 active the ModDig form would typically have the following digits inserted.
{000}

The Brackets prevent the digits from showing up in SMDR and each digit refers to the forms mentioned above in the order written above.

To block caller ID on a call, ARS would have to be written to direct a call to an alternate route that would use an alternate ModDig with {001} to block caller ID.

If only CLID has Call-by-Call active it would require {0} to pass CLID and {1} to block CLID.

Savvy?
