HI, I HAVE NEC SV9100 PBX SYSTEM I WANT TO KNOW HOW TO BLOCK A CERTAIN INCOMING TRUNK CALL (NUMBER) . I HAVE TRIED PRG 13-04 TO REDIRECT THE CALL BUT IT DID NOT WORK

As long as you are getting the CID and it matched the entry in 13-04, it should work. Maybe you are not getting the same CID every time.
