Blocking Caller ID-blocked calls

Hi, My company is serviced by a Nortel BCM. The line service is PRI as opposed to individual POTS lines. Verizon has told us that, unlike POTS lines, they don't offer a line service option to block calls from callers who have their ID's blocked. They said, if at all possible it would be with our PBX. The vendor that repairs our BCM when it breaks has not responded. So, does anyone know if there is any BCM configuration possibility on this: Can a BCM serviced by a PRI line be configured such that inbounds which have caller-ID block will not ring through? Thanks!!!
