Is their a way to block an incoming did number thru the pbx, we have an option 81c running succession 3.0. I checked with local c.o. and they can't. Thanks

You can if you have Symposium.

Why would your CO tell you they can't?

Sounds like someone is having a "issue" with callers. If the callee can stand losing his number for a week, move their DID to a new 500 that has a new RCO of 2 (change the existing RCO 2 to 55). Forward it to a new Phantom you create. Create the phantom that forwards to an DN that is not programmed.
After a week of listening to a set ring 55 times and then go to fast busy, the caller will quit calling.
Then put your user back to normal.
