I have a Definity G3/V9. One of our employees is complaining about Auto Messages from outside which does not roll over to vm (I guess it must stop after a few rings then redial). It will ring until they answer and when the do they get the message "connecting Caller ". It seem like a providers auto-callback feature.
Is there a way of blocking this through the Definity programming ? Out provider, ATT seems to think so.
By the way our employee has not provided me with the CID display or so far has not waited to see who the calling party was.
