In the G3r days, I knew how to block or essential handle calls from a given number (VDN, Vector routing table, etc.), but not certain if there is a easy work around in the new platform for calls to a DID.

Calls are coming directly to a DID extension. It is a bill collector trying to reach someone who used to work here. While I realize the best solution is to contact the calling party and ask that the cease and disist, facilities here wants to know if it's possible to block the number at the PBX level.

Any suggestions?

Check out thread690-543688; specifically the post by europe. You can use one of your EC500 licenses (OPX in 3.0) and do this very easily without vectors. Let me know if you need any more information.

Thank you Susan, unfortunitely the X-Mobile feature is not active for me. Was all ready to play too.

Next best way is to remove that extension number and replace that station with another unused station number.
