blocking an 800 number on an 81 c switch

Can an 800 line be blocked on an 81c switch in load 90?

If so what are the options.

more detail, do you want to stop people from calling out on a 800 line or do you want to stop people from calling you.

I have a number of 800-979-7900 and we want to not allow any one on our switch to dial this number.

When I go through ld 90 I get to the NPA prompt an try enteringng 1800 and ge an error code of esn073

it's not npa it's spn and why are you running two threads about the same thing.
