My customer wants to play an announcement when a restricted number calls into their PRI. The PRI carries user DIDs as well as vector controlled numbers (like 800#s). They want this announcement to play for ALL calls coming into the PRI. I'm not sure using a vector is the right thing here because of the user DIDs. What is the best way to do this? CM 4.x, by the way.
