I'm relatively new to administering a CS1000 with software release 5.0, My question is this: I need to restrict all outbound and inbound calling on our off hours though the operator needs to be able to make or receive calls but I don't have documentation to do this. nor have a been asked to this before.
Is there anyone that knows how to do this and can shed some light on how to do this?
