Blocking AIM and MSN

I can't seem to figure out what i'm doing wrong. I am trying to block instant messengers thru isa but am having not luck. What is really driving me crazy is i created a deny rule for everything and AIM still works??? I figure i must have something configured wrong...
 
I'm trying to block AOL Instant Messenger. I don't understand how it can connect even after applying a deny all traffic rule...
 
wich type of client you use?

use firewall client..

I'm trying not to use the firewall client at all. I have some users that are LINUX based and have caught them using gaim... Besides the client is easy to defeat on the windows workstation end by the users...
 
the linux box its recommend to be a securenat client, and all the machine to. to do this put the internal ip adress of the isa server as the default gateway in every client,

and dont allow internet connection through another ip
