Blocking a MAC Address through my ITN

Hello,

I need some help blocking (black listing) a MAC Address on my Network. I have an ITN with multiple switches branched off of it. I do not want to block the MAC Address on one single switch, but on my entire network. Will GLobalMacFiltering through Device Manager on my ITN do this for me? Is there anything i should be aware of before doing this? Thank you for your time.
