Is there a feature that can block/deny a call from generating on an SMDR report. To be specific I have a system that does not show 911 calls made out. I am using Hyperterminal to catch the raw data and any other type of call made zips out with the usual info of date, time, duration, but if a 911 is made it does complete to the operator, but after the completion the raw data does not show on hyperterminal capture.
A full system reboot has been tried.
A full system erasure and restore from back up has been tried.
A full system restore from backup to a different processor has been tried and none of it seemed to work.

What is the software version number of the system?

Try setting the SMDR format to ISDN, set the minimum length to something short like 5 seconds, and enable talk time.

I just did testing at a site, specifically for 911 dialing on PRI trunks, and SMDR showed it each time.

The format is ISDN, the minimum length is 0, and talk time is enabled. with all of these set the 911 call should show, but it has not??? I was shown a record when it did work from an entire year ago, it just suddenly stopped for just 911 calls.??
