Blocking 911 Access To Fax

Does anybody have a suggestion to block an extension from dialing 911? These are PC fax-modem lines that frequently dial 911 due to call-center agents entering international fax numbers incorrectly.

The extension in question is 2482.

I FOUND THIS ON THE A SITE, IT DOES WORK

Stop misdials to 911/9911 using SPN, FLEN and SDRR. In the following example, callers dialing 9911 will route to the 911 center. However, if they dial 9911 + any additional digits) the call will be blocked. DANGER - Test this out on your switch. There is a slight delay before ringing 911. Note - if SPN is "11", FLEN must be 3

Two questions before I implement any changes:

1. Would this prevent something like '911065894845' in the event of a mis-dialed international call by a PC based fax machine? I'm not having issues with accidental '99110453545', my problem is strictly '911045354' situations.

2. Do you happen to know the UNDO steps?

I'm trying these prompts, but I'm not seeing any way to put in a FLEN of 4. I already have the deny codes put in, all I'm missing is FLEN and ITOH. Any idea why I'm not getting these prompts?

if it is just a few ext i would use frl to stop the problem, the above post works but it will slow down your switch...
