We have a MICS 6.0 and it is blocking all 9** numbers except 911. There are a lot of new area codes in this range that we need to be able to dial. Where do I check? We definately need to block the 900 solicitor numbers, but not the valid area codes.

As always, thanks!

Lines> Show> find one of the lines and press Show> next to Restrictions> find the filter that the line is on their you will be able to add overrides and Block numbers. I believe that 900 numbers are blocked by default but you will be able to give it an override for the area code. Copy the other lines from the one you programmed. You also can set up restriction filters from terminal and set for per user dialing. It is much easier if you can RAD in to it and use the menu.

Good luck.

I used the RAD and found under filter setup. I was able to create an override for the whole system based on the filter 02 profile. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction!
