Blocked print heads Phaser 8650

Hi,
I have a phaser 8650 that was not used due to ilLness for a 6 month period
Now I have come back use it and it is smearing and by the looks of the light stripes test print has many blocked jets
I have run several cleans in both basic and advanced settings with no change in quality at all
Can anyone please advise I have called xerox support and it looks like it might be cheaper to replace the printer than get them out to fix it
The print has only printer 1800 pages its seems a shame to scrap it

Any chance you read the model number wrong? Xerox does not admit to making a 8650.
(They suspect you meant 8560)
