blocked Particular IP address, Not by Me!

Hi Guys,

I had some real experience with a user of mine, and still going.

He is connected through Cable internet.
there is so much detail to type so I am going to get right to the point.

his IP is X.x.x.x and no where in the firewall(small firewall with PDS2100)is blockink or mentioning in any way this IP address and it is blocked form both directions.

From outside the firewall I get to it, no problem.

At first I thought it was the ISP provider's fault.

Help me out MAN!

from both ends try a trace route
to X.x.x.x from the firewall end
to firewall IP address from the cable end
this should give you some idea of where the problem is
