Your port is part of ELU29 board and there a problem on the line connected to the board on that specific port (mainly a short circuit)

This is not a problem. I just ask because sometimes I notice blocked extension but there is no bit with value 1. And this persist only with analog extension. Maybe this happend because telephone stayed "off hook"?

And yes, I know, my grammar is bad. But I hope that you understand me, )
