blocked cor's on tranfer

We have a store on our campus that would like to restrict incoming calls (both local and outside) to some sales people. We tried this by blocking there cor from other cor's. This worked fine except we could not transfer calls that the receptionist received to the sales people. The receptionist is not blocked from any calls and can call the sale people direct. How can I allow the transfer of calls to the sales people.
 
I would find out what COR the attd is on and ensure this can call the COR of the sales extensions.

To block incoming calls from the PSTN I would put an entry in the incoming digit treatment to sent it to an announcement or reception
 
You could set up SAC on all calls. The receptionist can use Priority calling and make their phone ring with SAC activated. I use this setup for some directors that have their secretaries screen their calls.

There are only 30 phones out of 8000 phones that we are trying to block direct incoming calls to. The receptionist at the store answers the call and can not tranfer because the incoming calls cor is blocked by the cor of the phone she is trying to transfer to. The receptionist is not blocked from calling the sales people direct. The store is but a small part of the college campus
 
change the COR to allow incoming calls but restrict the other CORs (apart from the receptionists) from calling it (page 2 or 3)

Then you can call forward or send all calls to another destination, or insert a translation to divert calls to that number
