Blocked Attachments

I really need to find a way to see blocked attachments in Exchange. An authorized person sent one my users a mdb file, but outlook blocked the attachment. Anyone know where those files that are blocked in exchange 2000 server located? This is a really emergency..please help!!
Note: we do not have any programs right now that block attachments, i think the reason why this file is blocked is because of the security patches from microsoft.

I go into OWA to go around it. Save the attachment to disk and your good to go!
