We are receiving hundreds of scam calls per day regarding "Google Business Listings". These calls all originate with one VOIP provider: Onvoy, LLC, aka Sinch. I can't simply block via Caller ID as the number they use literally changes everyday. Is there anyway in IP office to block via OCN?

I had the same issue with a customer, I referred them to their service provider. No way to block it on the IP Office that I know of because the numbers are always changing. Some SP can block these.

Unfortunately I already checked with our telco, and they will only block individual numbers.

Can you send all calls to an Auto attendant to filter the unwanted calls?

I could... but it would not be ideal. We have many DIDs for our employees and sales people who receive direct calls. Ideally we don't want their clients to have to jump through additional hoops.

I am almost tempted just to block all of the local Onvoy prefixes. I don't know if it's possible to bulk import Incoming Call Routes.

There is. In Manager go to MSN Configuration. Add DID range.

Can I use that to import from a CSV or XLS?

It doesn't have an option for import on the MSN. It does allow you to add a range of DID's and to send to a destination.
So you can add hundreds of ranges automatically.

have you tried to contact Sinch to ask them to stop that crap?

I would think that some providers will then take the ability to call you out of their system.

I had to implement some of the auto attendant options on customers and callers have to press a digit to get through. Not a big deal and most callers have actually asked where they can get that so that they get rid of the annoying callers THEY get

If they are all SIP calls you may be able to use the caller ID@sinch.annoyingshitheads.com (or what ever their domains are) and send them somewhere else.
You have to do some testing with it but it may work.
