Block Size changing under Solaris2.6 and Networker 6.0.1

Hello, i have the problem to change the block size from 96kb to 32kb! in the documentation i only found the environment variable NSR_DEV_BLOCK_SIZE_device_name to 32kb, but it takes no effect! In the advanced view allways the block size is 96 kb! I'am using a quantum 4500 DLT drive!
The backup hangs up and i think it have someting to do with the warning "Position by record are disabled"

For help, i be very thankful!
