block sender in outlook xp

Hi.
How can I block a sender and preventing not to send e-mails
to me in outlook xp?

You can't stop them from sending to you. You can turn on Junk Mail and add them to your Junk Mail senders list. You could also create a "rule" to delete mail from that sender when it arrives.
