I want to block a sender from sending emails to everyone on my Exchange 2003 system except one user or group. Basically, I want to filter this person but I want to allow her to send to one particular user or group. I also do not what her to know she is being filtered. How can I accomplish this task?

Different explanation: I want to receive email from a particular outside email address but I do not want anyone to be able to receive her email.

EX2007/2010 with Transport Rules it is relatively easy but EX2003 is limited.

I suppose theoretically you could set up a contact for the sender in AD then on each user and DL that you don't want to receive messages from her set up a message restriction with the contact as 'From everyone except'

1. Never tried this so don't know if it would actually work
2. Very complicated
3. I think she'd get an NDR saying she didn't have permissions to send to the recipient so this would fail

Heh heh. This reminds me of the way MS word their exam questions. :)
