How do I go about blocking the phone number in a Meridian system?

We are a call center and just started to do outbound calls but we get calls back on our company number which is the one showing up on a caller ID display.

I you are dialing out on a PRI ciruit, it is posible you are sending CLID info. You can print CLID info in ld 21
Req: prt
Type: CLID

you could create a new CLID table that is blank or with a number you may want to display - like sales number.

If not PRI refer to 1st message and call your telco provider.

If you don't want to send the CLID information out of a phone set - just set the flag CLS CLBA (CLID blocking) on it.

If I may join in....

Have a similar requirement - block o/g CLI but on one M3904.
Have added CLS CLBA (thanks Imm0) and CNID,
but user still states nbr 'still appears'

Any further thoughts?
