Block Outgoing calls 2

Hi
I have a E-MetroTel UCx that I need to block out going calls from a particular user they should only make internal calls unless that have a code. Is this possible? I look all through the system and I don't see how this can be done.

Any help is appreciated

You can do this thru Call Restrictions for the individual extension. They use the options that you set up first under Custom Contexts in the Outbound Call Control section of PBX Configuration. Here is a link to the documentation for it.
