Block network printer

I have 10 network printer1-10 connected to HP 9000.
My network printer (132.xx.xx.xx) connected to oracle database on HP-UX.
I would like to allow 4 users only to access to network printer1 and others can't access network printer1.
Could I do it from HP-UX OS?
How could I configure it from HP-UX OS ?
