Block MSN Messenger with Squid?

Greetings!

I've read from other posts that difficulties arise in trying to deny ip ports, because MSN Messenger searches for other open ports.

Has anyone been able to successfully block out the newer versions of MSN Messenger using acl and http_access in Squid?

Have you checked your MSN messenger connection through proxy or no proxy? You should define your squid proxy port 3128 or other port number depend on your squid configuration.
What I knew from yahoo messenger.I should chose the connection through proxy/no proxy and firewall/no firewall.
