Hello i have a problem....
how can block a messenger and other programs of chat in a computer where i work?

You didn't say what OS's are being used. However if it is XP then you can do the following to disable Messenger.

(One caveat here. I wanted to disble the messenger application from transmitting over the local network trying to connect to a laptop that most of the time was disconnected from the network and giving me unwanted local traffic. Messenger was constantly looking for the laptop to make a connection. What I did below was to stop this constant polling to make a connection. So I'm hoping that what I did will take care of your problem.)

Open "Control Panel", "Administrative Tools".
Double click "Component Services" and work your way down to "DCOM Config".
Scroll down to "Messenger Private Object".
Right click the icon and select "Properties".
Select the "Location" tab.
Unselect the "Run application on this computer" box.
Click on the "Apply" button
