Hi

Most of my users work on large (20Mb-150Mb) PowerPoint files and I need to stop them sending these files between my WAN sites. (asking them not to does work ;) I now that I can put limits on the size of mail that can go across connectors however my problem is that I only want to block large internal messages not ones sent by clients.

e.g. when a message goes from my London Office(all external mail comes here first) to my Leeds Office I need Exchange 2000 to block messages that are over 10Mb AND have companyname.com as the sending and recipient domain on the message.

Does any body know of any third party software that can acheive this?

Thanks

Andrew

HI!

I have very little experience with E2K,
but in Exchange 5.5 there is an integral option (don't remember the exact place), so I'm almost sure you'll find the option in E2K.
I think that if you dig a bit more in the help files and web-sites of Exchange you'll find the answer, or just simply right click - properties on everything in the Exchange System Manager (or how is it called in E2K?)

Bye
