We have a TZ210 on our network. I have been asked to block internet access to one specific user and only allow the websites needed for work. How is that done? Can it be done?

Yes, there a lot of ways to do it depending on your network setup. The simpliest way is to create an outbound rule denying the internal LAN IP of the PC you want to block to the WAN. Next create a 2nd outbound rule allowing outbound access to the needed websites FQDNs. Just make sure that the allow rule has a higher priority than the deny rule.
