Block instant messengers

Does anyone know how to block instant messengers like MSN, ICQ, etc. by using MSproxy 2.0?

Well you have the opposite problem of me..I'm a user that wants to bypass my networks proxy. I made a post about it

and do a search on messenger and there you can also see a sollution on AOL

I'll try and get to know my network setting exactly because I can't get MSN to work on it. But I think they have it blocked because MSN doesn't allow a http proxy to use a password and ID for it. So I think..block all socks, and set http to use a password.

That should do it I think
