OK so Sip trunks from SBC>SM>CM 6.1
I have a nuisance number calling the contact center , utilizing ec500 is not an option due to no licenses , a vrt could be made but there are 1000+ vectors so total headache , i am trying to figure out a way by means of identifying an incoming ANI/CLI in SMGR and routing based on the received CLI , played with adaptations no dice and regular expression does not act upon the "from" header(as far as i can figure).
Has anybody done this or can you make any suggestions .
