A customer with a Panasonic NCP500 wants to BLOCK incoming caller ID on a certain group of phones. The users are in an ICD group and when they see a caller they don't like, the calls are being ignored (I know this is an employee issue, not a phone issue ![[smile]](/data/assets/smilies/smile.gif "[smile] [smile]")
). I changed the "Incoming Call Display" (option 5 under extension settings) to "CO Line Name", which is better, but it still shows the city and state where the call is coming from. Is there anything else that can be done, besides canning the employees. Thanks in advance.
