I want to block all extensions from dialing 411 and XXX-555-XXXX

Can I do this with WinSPM?

Thanks,

I created the following disallowed list and applied it to all extensions:

411
1411
555
ppp555
1ppp555

However, it doesnt seem to be working for the ppp555 entry. Any idea why?

I ended up creating a disallowed list like this:

2pp5551212
3pp5551212
3pp5551212
4pp5551212
5pp5551212
6pp5551212
7pp5551212
8pp5551212
9pp5551212

and that seems to have done the trick

I guess you can't use a wildcard as the first #

We JUST decided to do the same - block all 411 & 555-1212 calls so thanks for this post! I do have one question though - how do you create the 'p' character!?

I tried hitting '7' multiple times (like text messaging) but only get a string of 7s... I tried using the buttons corresponding to the letters on the system console phone but I get that low-toned boop sound....

Thanks for any tips / advice!

Ohhhh! The HOLD button! Never thought of trying that! Excellent!!! And thanks for answering mediatr4's post about how to do the blocking. As soon as I saw your reply regarding '"Disallow List" and "Disallow To"' I had the solution implemented in 10min. Much appreciated!
