Block caller ID

We have a Partner ACS and want to block the Caller ID information on 2 telephones, are we able to disable the function on 2 phones and have it work on the others ?

Unfortunately the only way to do it would be to Restrict access to those lines for those stations, You can also take ringing off. There really isn't much more you can do.

thinking about it I'll bet you could open the phone and pull the ribbon cable for the display off the circuit board and not affect the phones funcionality.

Are you certain he wants to block the incoming caller ID? That's a fairly unusual request, since usually people want to block their OUTGOING caller ID.

It's a retail store and he doees not want the sales counter to see the caller ID info. I thought about disconnecting the ribbon cable and replacing the phones with non-displays. I figured I might be mising something in programming. Turning the ringer off cannot be an option as these are the people in charge of answering the calls. Oh well I should of sold them a Norstar
