Block Call forwarding 1

IS there any way to block call forwarding to a specific extension. Say I want to allow call forwarding to any number but one extension, can that be done programatically?

the only way i can see this happening is to make the xtension on the set you don't want the call forward to longer than the cfw is allow. i.e. cfw 4 willow allow all 4 digit stations...make a station 5 digit to block
