Block 411 calls for 500 sets

Got a request to block 411 calls form certain rooms all 500 sets. Need other 500 and 2000 to work. Opt 61 and 11

Check the ncos for spn 411. Prt 411 in ac1 ld 90 then prt rli that is output. Make sure that phones you want to restrict have a lower ncos.

When I print the rli for 411 it dosn't give me a ncos. The ncos for those phones is 2 on both switchs.

The FRL is associated to NCOS.
