Block 1010 access at PBX

Hi,
Can anyone tell me how to block 1010 access at the PBX level on a Norstar 0 x 32 with MICS 1.0 software?

i dont work much on 1.0 ...but i'm pretty sure it has got restrictions

you define the dialed sequences to be barred in a filter
assign the restriction filter to the sets

The programming headings in R1T1 are similar to old modular software.
General Admin>Capabilites>restrictions>filters show filter 02 add restriction 1010

I would assign that filter to the lines also as a back up.
