Blkheader error in back up jobs?

Hi all,

I am getting this error while my log back up job runs and it is lines several error on same thing:

"
BlkHeader from strip 0 At 38a86400 ExpectedAt 38a86400 Size f000 PrevSize f000
"

what is wrong and how would i solve it?? help please!!
