Blip during installation of PunBB

I have followed the following instructions:

Copy/upload all contents of the directory upload/ into the directory where you want to run your forums. Run install.php from the forum root directory through your browser.

The problem is that when i run the install.php file from the root directory, it opens up in dream weaver and all i see is the code.This isn't what's supposed to happen is it?

What is it that you want to do??? PHP is a coding program, Are you trying to load a web site for forums???? It sounds like either A)The install is not right or B)when the install opens it open Dreamweaver then you need to publish your site to the Web.
