Blinking Phones

All of the phones in our building are blinking non-stop. We just had a storm. I have shutdown and restarted the hardware. Didn't work? What do I need to get our system back up?

how do i tell? we have four boxes M8x24-DS,M0X16,M12X0, STARTALK.

your in the wronge forum, try post in a key system forum, sounds like a fried csu on your norstar. migh get lucky if you unplug all cards except one station and one trunk..
