I have been asked to look into an SV8100 that has a continuously blinking DSS key on every phone save for the extension of the DSS key itself. I cannot get into the WebPro interface as the system is rejecting the connection. Not the login, the connection. I cannot even get to the login screen even though I know the system is live on the network and I have its IP.

Do you have any idea what is programmed under that key? Extension? VM? Feature? Does pressing the blinking key reveal anything in the LCD?

DSS one touch extension 103. There are 7 extensions. All have programmed DSS buttons with their own extension not programmed. So extension 103 does not have an extension 103 button. The feature does work, if you press the blinking button it intercoms extension 103/

Check to see if x103 has a VM message. Also try cancelling any callback messages set to 103.

No VM messages. This is the LED on the button itself, not the MW lamp.

This system allows you to set up a general mailbox (inmail VM)and have it appear on a button on as many extensions as you wish. It will flash indicating a message is there.
1. Verify the programmed assignment on the button.
2. Dial the feature cancel code for message callback.
3. Try deleting the assignment on that button.

That did not work. I am going to try to back it up, default it and reload its config. Cannot get into WebPro for some reason.
